Busbridge bridleway repair works start May 2017, completion date to be advised, some disturbance possible
Added on April 27, 2017
Surrey County Council (using volunteers) will be carrying out repairs to the dam and bridleway at the top end of Busbridge lake starting sometime in May 2017 with the work continuing for as long as it takes with no target completion date. The work is planned for weekday mornings.

As of the end of August 2017 there is still no target completion date.

The activity will not impact directly on fishing and no swims will be closed however, volunteers may park in our car park and members may experience some, hopefully minimal, disturbance.

If members have concerns during the works they should contact the Head Bailiff in the first instance.
