SATURDAY 11th APRIL 2026 at 9.30am prompt.
If you are attending the AGM please ensure you bring your Membership Book with you and sign in on arrival.

PROPOSALS FOR THE 2026 AGM
General Committee Proposal
- That the 2026 draft Constitution be adopted as our constitution. You can view the 2026 draft constitution by clicking here

Non Committee Proposals
- That the use of 3 rods be allowed at Johnson’s from the 1st of October to the 31st of March each year for young adults and above as in the winter months Johnson’s is very hard

Renewing Membership on Clubmate
Renewal permits for the 2026/27 season will be available to buy on Clubmate from the 1st of May 2025. Please do not attempt to renew your permit before this date.
Dates for in-person sign-up session at the Marsh Farm pavilion are as follows:
Friday 1st May 9-12
Saturday 9th May 9-12
Friday 15th May 9-12
No membership books for 2026-27
We are not going to issue membership books for the 2026-27 season. Clubmate now offers us an easy way to check any membership on the bank so we can save on the cost of printing and posting books.
Members using the Clubmate app will have a digital membership card available to them that will work with or without a mobile phone signal. Those without a phone can print their membership confirmation or simply note down their membership number.
Bailiffs can check any membership on the bank using the Clubmate bailiff app.
Without a handbook members will be responsible for being aware of the by-laws for each venue and checking the calendar for match bookings.
OFFICER REPORTS NEWSLETTER
As in previous years, a printed copy of the Officer Reports Newsletter will not be posted out.
It will be available to view or print it from the Society website – News – General Society News – 2026 AGM Officer Reports.
If a member has no means of obtaining a copy of the Newsletter, they can e-mail the Society at [email protected] to request a printed copy.
