To promote better fish welfare the general committee has agreed the following rule changes regarding bait use at Johnson's lake:

1. The use of maize, nuts, pulses, beans, parti-mix and bird conditioner is not allowed. Other particles such as hemp, sweetcorn and tares can be used.

    

2. The  use of spods and spombs is banned from the 1^st December to  last day of February inclusive

Please note that rule change 1 applies all year round.
