On Thursday 22nd September member David Clarke fished Johnson's and caught a lovely 2lb roach and crucians of 3lb 2oz and 2lb 13oz amongst his catch.  All were caught on the maggot feeder from a 20's swim.

Another angler in a neighbouring swim caught a brace of 3lb crucians at 3lb 8oz and 3lb 4oz.

Whilst fishing at Busbridge on Sunday 11th September Charlie Taylor hooked and landed the large Mirror Carp known as "Big Frame" at 5am at a weight of 34lbs.  It was caught on a cell dumbell tipped with a pink pop up.

Fishing at Broadwater on 7th September 2016 Dean Humphries landed a 28lb 2oz common from swim 47 using a snowman rig and 12lb line.

This is a large fish for Broadwater and was one of 24 carp caught on the day with three more being in the low twenties.
