Clubmate have been processing renewal permits for the 24-25 season and the majority of members have received them already.

However there have been some delays both with the Post Office and within Clubmate.

If you are still waiting on your 24-25 RENEWAL permit and want to go fishing please take last year's book with you and your confirmation e-mail from Clubmate stating that you have renewed for this season.

If after 3 weeks you have not received your book then email Dave Ewing at [email protected] and he will order a replacement for you. 

Sending out replacement books is expensive so allow time for yours to be delivered.

We are now accepting NEW members for the 2024-25 season which starts on the 1st of July 2024

To join simply register with CLUBMATE using the link below, create a profile and select the membership plan you require.

Please note that there is a one-off joining fee of £75 on adult memberships.

Renewal permits for the 2024-25 season are available to buy online through clubmate.

Simply login to your account using the email address you used to register last year and your password.  If you have forgotten the password, you can reset a new one.  

Then click on the orange renew button and select the renewal option you want. You can also add products such as a Johnson’s night permit, donations to our coaching and maintenance programmes or GAS branded clothing items.

If you have change e-mail address since last year you will not be able to access your profile. If this is the case, please contact the society at [email protected] and we will change your profile accordingly.

If you cannot join online, we are offering three in-person sign up sessions at the Marsh Farm pavilion. Dates and times are:

Friday May 10th  9-11 am

Saturday May 11th  9-11 am

Friday 7th June 9-11 am

You can pay by cheque or with cash at these sessions.  Card payments are possible but you will need to have access to bank verification texts or calls.
