After a long absence, we are delighted to resume Fishery Management meetings (FMC) once again. Open to all members. FMC meetings are YOUR chance to have a say on how our fisheries are run.
Meetings will take place on the third WEDNESDAY of every month at 19.30. This is a change from the published Thursday schedule.
Venue will be the keep net barn at Marsh Farm for the moment as it is open-sided. This will be reviewed as COVID guidance changes over the summer. Please bring a folding chair with you.
Do come along and have your say.
Every Tuesday and Thursday the Fisheries Management group are carrying out work on our waters.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Please contact either Derek Marshall on 07714-661041 or Colin Miles on 07551-474040 for details of locations and times.
Keepnets are currently banned on all Society still waters (Marsh Farm, Bramley, Johnson's, Busbridge and Broadwater) until further notice except in authorised competitions.
The above restrictions are to minimise any risk of diseases, e.g. koi herpes virus, being inadvertently introduced in any of our stillwaters.
