New Thames Valley Angling Association membership
THAMES VALLEY ANGLING ASSOSIATION MEMBERSHIP
Godalming Angling Society have from 16th June 2023 joined the Thames Valley Angling Association. There are several member clubs who have joined to form the association
Our members will now have access to over a dozen new waters in the Thames valley area including several stretches of the Thames and its tributaries, Wey navigation and Grand union canals
Please note membership only gives access to the waters listed on the WVAA website http://thamesvalleyaa.co.uk. We do not have access to other member clubs private waters and likewise they do not have access to our private waters either. The exception to this is the River Wey from the Town Bridge Godalming to the Theatre in Guildford will be open to association members.

New Match results app
Godalming match results and upcoming fixtures can now also be found on a new Web / Phone app called "Hot fishin".
This app will also work from a phone signal so you do not necessarily need an internet connection to view it. Once in you need to create an account then you will be able to search "Godalming" to view full peg by peg results of all our matches from April 2023. You can also view match results from all over the country including many of the big festivals. Once signed in you can also view up to date match details of forthcoming matches and also who has booked in.

There is a yellow weather warning for strong winds in the Godalming area on the 12th of April
We advise all members to take extra care when fishing in such conditions and reschedule fishing if possible.
