Some fisheries OPEN- Broadwater, Bramley and Harris Lake remain CLOSED

Now that the extreme heat of the last few days has passed we will re-open the following water to angling from 9 am on Thursday the 21st of July:


Wood Lake, River Wey (all stretches), Johnson’s Lake (Enton), Richardson's Lake (Marsh farm) and Hill Pond (Marsh Farm)

Broadwater, Harris Lake and Bramley remain CLOSED for the time being whilst we monitor dissolved oxygen readings.  These waters will open as soon as it is considered safe.

Potential disruption due to extreme temperatures- check website for updates

We are monitoring water temperatures closely during this period of extreme heat.


Water cools much slower than air so waters may remain closed in the interest of fish welfare.

After seeing how overgrown the River at Salgasson has become we have decided to move the Match on Sunday10th to Bramley lake.

Draw still 8.30am fish 10-3.30pm
