Charity Open

The Charity Cup will be fished for The Royal Brompton Hospital London this year raising money for Aarythmia research.

Guest of honour Dr Jan Till from London will say a few words on the electrics of the heart and what happens in laymans terms.

She is top of her field in the United Kingdom and i hope you all will make her feel very welcome, she will be also presenting the cup to the winner.

There will also be a raffle on the day at £1 per ticket. Anybody wishing to make a donation or donate a prize please contact Roy on 07928 651928 or hand it to Match Sec Roger Howe who will pass it on to Roy.

The Venue is Marsh Farm Richardson lake on August Bank Holiday the 28th August 2017.

Entry is £20 per angler of which £10 will go to charity

Draw is at 8-30am Fishing will be 10am - 4pm on a horn signalling the start

 
Heart problems are all too common amongst the older members of the club so as match Sec I hope you will find the time to support this worthwhile charity and help raise even more for a worthy cause, many thanks for all the work Roy Fiander puts into this event that is coupled with his famous "Curry night".
