As a result of the coronavirus pandemic we have been unable to print handbooks for the 2020-21 season. Instead, when a current season senior member renews, they will receive a 2020-21 season membership card which will need to be shown along with their current 2019-20 season handbook as proof of their 2020-21 membership. Therefore please could we ask all 2019-20 current season members to retain their current 2019-20 season handbook with photo(s) included for reuse next season.

For lapsed and new senior members we have a stock of 2019-20 senior handbooks that should be sufficient. Any lapsed or new senior member who renews/joins will automatically be sent a 2019-20 senior handbook to use alongside their 2020-21 membership card. The 2019-20 senior handbook will include the member details on the permit page as usual and a photo will need to be added by the member before use again as usual.
 
For juniors we also have a stock of 2019-20 junior handbooks that should be sufficient. All juniors who join for the 2020-21 season will automatically be sent (or given if joining in Apollo at Marsh Farm) a 2019-20 junior handbook to use alongside their 2020-21 membership card. The 2019-20 junior handbook will include the member details on the permit page as usual and a photo will need to be added by the member before use again as usual.
